Varèse Sarabande Records Celebrates 40 Years

It all started in June 1978 when we released our first soundtrack to The First Nudie Musical. From then we've had the honor of working with some of the greatest film and television composers ever; John Williams, Alex North, Jerry Goldsmith Online, Henry Mancini, Miklós Rózsa, Lalo Schifrin, Michael Giacchino, John Debney, Brian Tyler, James Horner and hundreds more. We couldn't have made it to the 40th without all of you supporting us over the years so we'd like to say THANK YOU. As we start our year long celebration, look for exciting contests and giveaways where you could win some autographed items like sheet music and CD's and much more! The CD Club has returned and be on the lookout for some special releases during our 40th anniversary year. We'll also have new interviews with some of our favorite composers and maybe a surprise or two along our way.
