Our Returns Policy Is Simple:

Within 30 days of your receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund of the purchase price only: 

• any unopened media (music CD, cassette tape, vinyl record, DVD, VHS tape)
• and any other merchandise that is in new condition accompanied by its original packaging and accessories
  

Within 30 days of your receipt of your order, you may return any defective merchandise for exchange of the defective item(s) only.
Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from VareseSarabande.com. 

VARESE SARABANDE RETURNS POLICY:

CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNOPENED CDS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

DAMAGED CDS (THE CD HAS DEFECTS CAUSED BY MANUFACTURING) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND WILL 
BE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Returning All Items:

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, 
we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order 
number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can 
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
