United States and Canada Shipping:
3 to 7 Business Days transit time. Product will be shipped as quickly as possible
upon receipt of your order and receipt of payment of the purchase price, shipping
charges and any applicable taxes or levies. Shipping Charges: $6.50 for the
first 3 CD, $0.50 each additional CD. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers
International Shipping:
1 to 6 weeks transit time. Product will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of your order and receipt of payment of the purchase price, shipping charges and any applicable taxes or levies.
Shipping Charges: $7.50 for the first CD, $2.00 each additional CD.

Customs and Import Duties Information:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from VareseSarabande.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages require the listing of the value of your order's contents by product type. Orders will be listed by Varese Sarabande Records using the aggregate purchase price in U.S. dollars of all of the items in a particular category, substantially in accordance with the following example:
- Value of CDs: $49.95
- Value of VHS videos: $19.95
- Value of DVD videos: $69.95
Our Returns Policy Is Simple:
Within 30 days of your receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund of the purchase price only:
- any unopened media (music CD, cassette tape, vinyl record, DVD, VHS tape)
- and any other merchandise that is in new condition accompanied by its original packaging and accessories
Within 30 days of your receipt of your order, you may return any defective merchandise for exchange of the defective item(s) only.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from VareseSarabande.com.
VARESE SARABANDE RETURNS POLICY:
CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNOPENED CDS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
DAMAGED CDS (THE CD HAS DEFECTS CAUSED BY MANUFACTURING) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS AND WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME ITEM ONLY (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Returning All Items:
Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
