This title is now sold out. Music Composed by Pino Donaggio A camp cult classic if ever there was one. Piranha (1979) was made for next to no money as a fast, cheap and out of control way for Roger Corman to cash in on the lingering Jaws hysteria. Helming the picture was Joe Dante, who later amped up the mayhem in Gremlins (1984). But for his killer fish with attitude movie Dante sought Italian composer Pino Donaggio to deliver a genre score with class. Donaggio delivered in spades, also working on a barely-existent budget shoestring. The long out of print Varèse Sarabande soundtrack becomes that latest of our catalog titles to make a brief curtain call by way of this very limited edition. With only 1000 copies available and priced at the very collector-friendly price of $14.98, it’s selling out as you read this. 1. No Trespassing (2:03) 2. Main Title (1:14) 3.
